The Senior Program Marketing Manager is the front-facing point of contact and relationship-builder for key stakeholders within UCLA Health programs and service lines and the Marketing and Communications Departments, contributing program leadership, strategic planning, collaboration and execution for UCLA Health marketing strategies to achieve shared goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic counsel and spearheading the planning, development and execution of marketing plans for both internal and external audiences that effectively position and promote the UCLA Health brand for UCLA Health’s Ambulatory Network. The position requires close collaboration and coordination with Marketing and Communications Department colleagues, relevant clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and external organizations, to shape marketing plans and ensure strategic, process and brand alignment.
You will also use advanced marketing concepts to create, develop, implement and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and plans. Projects and/or programs are typically complex and require a high degree of technical marketing expertise and judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Salary Range is $92,600 to $202,200 annually
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of progressively responsible and directly related marketing experience
- 5-10 years of experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans and programs for strategic service areas
- Health care delivery system marketing experience required
- Advanced knowledge of concepts, principles and methods of developing and executing marketing strategies
