Summary:
Pediatric Nephrology and Hypertension is excited to add to our Front Office Team. We are currently in search of a candidate who wants to join our team in a Front Office position, with an emphasis on coordinating new patients . Ideal candidate has phenomenal customer service, enjoys kiddos, and likes working in a positive team culture. Scheduling experience is preferred.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Prefer relevant experience in a health care setting.
- Ability to learn and retain medical coding; ICD-10; CPT coding preferred.
- Requires ability to interpret insurance information; knowledge of clinical practices and medical terminology preferred.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
