Job Description

At Appcast, the Senior Integrations Analyst assists our delivery and sales team with quality integrations for new & existing customers. Enabling clients to maneuver through their internal Talent Acquisition systems and Appcast’s software to generate concise and accurate apply and hire representations.  Achieve via Internal partnerships with Product, Development & leadership. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Act as the point of contact internally & externally for apply and down funnel conversion Integrations escalations. 
• Facilitate ATS integrations and support Account Management & Implementation teams with ticket management and SLA’s. 
• Collaborate with partners and customers in conjunction with the Implementation and Account Management teams to gather all needed information and tech requirements.   
• Accountability to growing our ATS integrations and volume of applicants managed via down funnel (quality) applicant data integrations.  
• Work with the Appcast team internally to look for ways to constantly improve and streamline the implementation/integration process.   
• Work with internal team to look for ways to delight our partners & customers through the implementation/integration process.   

Qualifications

• Bottomless well of understanding and patience with clients, partners, and associates.  
• Strong attention to detail, is extremely organized, and has strong ‘follow-up’ skills.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can relay information in a timely manner.  
• Adapts to changing circumstances, shows interest in new experiences, and accepts new ways of working.  
• Follows defined standards and procedures when executing daily tasks.  
• Uses a variety of innovative and revolutionary approaches and methods to problem solving. 

Education and Experience: 

• 10+ years’ experience in 3rd party Data Management and/or Talent Acquisition software configuration, development, and implementation  
• Tech savvy with a background in delighting customers and partners.   

Travel Requirements: 

• Typical travel for this position will include quarterly travel, to attend internal and external meetings, however, this may vary based on business needs and opportunities.
