Store Warehouse Team Leader

Overview

Jordan’s is looking for motivated team member to help lead our store warehouse team.  In this physical warehouse job, you will be handling the movement of all types of furniture by hand and with a variety of equipment.

 

This position starts at $22 per hour.  The schedule Sunday Monday OFF Tuesday 8am-4:30pm Wednesday 8am-4:30pm Thursday 8am-4:30pm Friday 11:30am-8pm Saturday 9:30am-6pm

Responsibilities

Responsibilities we will trust you to perform:

• Assisting with supervising, training, evaluating, scheduling, motivating, and mentoring the Showroom Warehouse Team
• Ability to lead a successful team
• Overseeing the daily operation of the Store Warehouse
• Coordinating daily work schedules of the Showroom Warehouse Associates
• Engaging in all aspects of Warehouse Operations

Qualifications

What you will bring to the table:

• Ability to be a leader and mentor
• Safe work habits
• 1-3 years experience in a warehouse setting
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you are on your feet for 8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift, pull, push, and shimmy furniture weighing up to 110 pounds
• Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Ability to work at heights of 35 feet
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening. Don’t worry. You can do it.
