(USA) Senior Analyst, Business Support - Payer Reporting and Analytics

Position Summary...

We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our high-performing team supporting Health & Wellness initiatives. This is your opportunity to work alongside subject matter experts, support key leaders and drive meaningful change across the business.

What you'll do...

• Support high-impact projects utilized in decision-making across the organization
• Analyze and reconcile complex billing and enrollment data from multiple sources to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and technology teams to drive process improvement
• Develop clear, actionable insights and present findings to key stakeholders
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications across various projects

About the Team:

We are a tight-knit team that utilizes innovative thinking and collaboration to deliver results. Our work directly supports the Billing and Revenue Cycle Management, and Enrollment Services teams within Health & Wellness Payer Relations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to manage projects and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience in contract review, business strategy, and/ or data interpretation
• Curiosity and adaptability to new technologies (for example, AI)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with financial modeling and complex problem solving preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• OR 2+ years of experience in finance, operations, project management, analytics, or related field
