Project Manager – Patient Hub Implementation

Purpose
The Project Manager for the Patient Hub is responsible for delivering a new digital service platform that supports patient journeys from enrolment through to outcome reporting. You’ll coordinate a multi-disciplinary team of developers, designers, data engineers, compliance experts, and external vendors to ensure the platform is delivered on time, within scope, and meets the high standards of usability and compliance expected in a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the delivery plan for the Patient Hub, aligning sprint cycles with cross-functional milestones.
- Define and manage project scope, resources, timelines, testing schedules, and launch readiness criteria.
- Track platform integrations, data model progress, CRM configurations, and UI testing, ensuring timely escalation of risks.
- Facilitate stand-ups, stakeholder checkpoints, retrospectives, and readiness reviews.
- Work closely with compliance and QA to support documentation for audit and regulatory review.
- Drive alignment between product requirements and technical implementation.
- Maintain detailed records of decisions, open risks, vendor timelines, and go-live conditions.
Required Experience
- 3–5 years managing cross-functional project teams, ideally in digital health, pharma, or regulated tech environments.
- Proven track record in delivering digital platforms from MVP to scaled rollout.
- Experience in coordinating development, data integration, CRM setup, and user testing phases.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
- Skilled at communicating clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences.
