Crave new challenges by solving difficult customer problems using emerging technology? We are seeking an IT & Telecom Project Manager to help lead various IT initiatives for a U.S. Navy client. The right candidate will have the ability to provide oversight to multiple application teams, communicate effectively, collaborate with development teams, and build client relationships.

As an IT & Telecom Project Manager on our team, you will have the right mix of management and technical skills to help successfully deliver cross-functional digital innovation. You will have exceptional organizational, project management, and technical acumen. You will work in tandem with the Deputy Program Manager and Program Manager to provide oversight and accountability for various tasks related to the delivery, management, maintenance, and evolution of IT, Telecom, and Mobility. You will maintain responsibility for client deliverables, scheduling, and determining and acquiring needed resources. You will assist with maintaining awareness of the entire Mobility program scope and keeping awareness of deadlines to ensure on-time delivery. You will be empowered to assist with leading a large team that includes but is not limited to requirement analysts, communication analysts, process engineers, and configuration analysts. You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with IT project management, telecom, and mobility
• 2+ years of experience using low-code/no-code platforms such as ServiceNow, M365, SharePoint, or PowerApps
• Ability to plan strategies, create and track strategy implementation, track plans, activities, and milestones, coordinate activities and deliverables across the program team members, and report to executive leadership
• Ability to develop status reports, analyze and manage project risks or issues, manage client’s expectations by performing quality assurance on all deliverables, manage customer or stakeholder relationships, and track deliverables
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in a professional work environment
• Experience with the Navy
• Experience with ServiceNow or Cloud Solutions
• Experience with M365 and SharePoint or PowerApps

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
