Location: Salt Lake City, UT | Salary: $70,000 - $75,000

Your Role and Impact
As an Intake Therapist in our dedicated Admissions Building, you'll enjoy a unique balance of meaningful clinical work and personal life. Unlike traditional therapy positions, this role focuses solely on initial assessments and treatment planning, with no ongoing client caseload or long-term care responsibilities. You will work in a collaborative environment where your expertise helps guide clients toward the right treatment path while maintaining structured hours that respect your time.

Located in our professional Admissions Building, separate from residential treatment facilities, you will work in an environment focused on initial assessments and treatment planning.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct comprehensive client evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based clinical services
- Coordinate care with healthcare professionals and community resources
- Perform thorough mental health assessments and crisis intervention
- Work with state-of-the-art electronic medical record systems

Requirements
What You Will Bring:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
- Current state licensure or certification
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Experience with clinical assessments and evaluations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ASAM criteria familiarity (preferred)
