Title/Position: National Program Director, Practice Integration

Travel Required: Yes, 30%
Overview of the Role:
The Program Director is a key member of the Practice Integration team. This role manages key company initiatives and strategic projects that span across various functional teams. The Program Director is responsible for building out a standard program management structure and applicable processes, and is held accountable for timely and successful completion of projects.
Primary Job Duties:
- Develop a program management structure/ methodology that can be applied to and scale across all projects in the organization
- Oversee and manage the execution of key company initiatives, the launch of new market operations, new provider onboarding, and other strategic projects
- Assist with the strategic planning and budget for all projects/initiatives
- Develop and report out on KPI’s and deliverable tracking to leadership
- Provide oversight on all projects managed by their team and escalate issues/risks to internal teams and leadership
- Serve as subject matter expert on the Privia Medical Group model and associated MSO services in order to adequately prompt questions and discussions amongst functional team leads and appropriately escalate issues, when necessary
- Lead and coordinate activity and communication between internal teams, including but not limited to: Finance, Operations, IT, Billing, Product, RCM, Value Based Care, Marketing, Sales Growth, Business Development, Implementation and Credentialing teams
- Create standard templates to identify project scope, goals, KPI’s, budget, and other materials, as needed
- Oversee concurrent projects
- Effectively manage expectations and relationships with strategic partners
- Establish timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines
- Willingness to travel to partners in new markets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years experience developing program management processes in a healthcare setting
- Experience in hospital, medical group, or ambulatory setting with cross-functional team exposure
- Experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Monday.com, Taskray, Excel etc.)
- Knowledgeable about ambulatory healthcare structure and Management Service Organizations (MSO)
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
