Key Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

- Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support to residents

- Document all care provided accurately and timely in residents’ medical records

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans

- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards

- Support residents’ well-being and promote a comfortable, respectful environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida

- Prior experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or healthcare setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols
