We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Enablement Partner to join our Americas HR Enablement team! This position will report to the Senior Manager HR Enablement, Canada & US.  The HR Generalist plays a critical role aimed at supporting the HR Enablement function! The role is centered on enabling HR initiatives, ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day human resources processes, and contributing to a cohesive employee experience that aligns with the company’s culture and values.

 

This is a hybrid role and requires the ability to work onsite in our Pawtucket, RI office 2 to 3 days per week.

 

A day in the life of an HR Enablement Partner:

• Provide coaching and mentorship to managers on HR policies and processes, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to become more effective leaders who can foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.
• Partner in the facilitation of key HR activities as directed, such as talent management, compensation planning, learning and development, and performance management.
• Collaborate on initiatives with the global enablement team, HRBP’s and COE’s to improve the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Align with the regional enablement team to ensure that local execution of tasks support overarching HR and Company priorities.
• Offer HR support to employees and managers, serving as a key operational contact for HR-related questions and issues.
• Support the execution and management of HR policies and practices adhering to the strategic direction set by regional HR leadership.
• Work closely with the company’s GBE partners (Infosys) to deliver efficient HR services to employees and managers.
• Support organizational change management, facilitating smooth transitions during periods of change.

 

What you'll bring:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field, with a track record of supporting HR functions and initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mentality towards both employees and managers.
• Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations, as well as best practices in HR.
• Proficient in the use of HR information systems and office productivity software.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• A proactive approach to work, with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
