Administrative Assistant

<h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Assisting HR Staff Services in handling various administrative processes related to the employee life cycle across the four main locations.</li><li>Providing constructive suggestions to improve office procedures and actively contribute to existing organizational structures and procedures to maximize the use of resources and encourage innovation.</li><li>Drafting, reviewing, and publishing relevant information for customers on HR services or in a related environment.</li><li>Performing other duties as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor plus a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative work in a large organisation, preferably in Human Resources, or a related relevant environment</li><li>Presents excellent command of English, at least at B2 level</li><li>Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.</li><li>Proven ability to manage and utilize SharePoint effectively.</li><li>Experience with Oracle HCM and other HR systems such as Oracle EBS, Taleo (or a comparable ATS), and HR ticketing systems.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle high-volume workloads with a flexible, service-minded attitude and take the initiative to resolve issues proactively.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment, contributing ideas and supporting colleagues.</li><li>Experience in an HR Help Desk environment.</li><li>Familiarity with drafting and publishing information on HR Services or a related environment.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong><u>ARȠS?</u></strong></p><p><strong>Arηs Group – Part of Accenture</strong> - is a market leader in the management of complex IT projects and systems.
