POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner to join our Global People Operations team! The ideal candidate thrives in the startup environment, is very hands on, naturally curious and highly collaborative. This is a great opportunity to join a great team culture and support our Go-To-Market teams. This position reports to the Director, Strategic People Business Partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Able to deliver full-cycle programs/projects (start to finish) and results in a timely manner.
  • Execute on company-wide Talent Management Programs with client groups, including Annual Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, and Career Development
  • Coach managers to enhance their leadership skills and proactively address performance issues and career progression
  • Perform investigations in a timely manner with minimal exposure to the business and escalating to senior People Operations leadership or Legal when needed
  • Assist managers with addressing employee relations issues through weighing risks and alternatives, exploring legal and company compliance concerns, and offering balanced recommendations
  • Identify and work with Learning & Development to drive training plans and programs for both individual contributors and people leaders
  • Partner with the People Experience team to ensure participation in employee programs and to monitor and report on employee engagement
  • Partnering with the CRO, Sales leadership and the Talent Acquisition team on organizational structure and department expansion; particularly international expansion plans
  • Lead client group to maintain a high bar for performance by reviewing trends in management of underperformance. Based on insights, keeps senior leadership apprised of performance management trends and hot spots.
  • Work with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition to ensure key trends and retention levers are addressed and used effectively.
  • Be a team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and create an environment of open communication for employees to provide feedback and express concerns.

ABOUT YOU

  • You possess 8+ years experience as strategic People Business Partner; preferably for Sales/GTM and/or Customer-Facing organizations
  • Experience working for a SAAS company a plus
  • Experience supporting a global and remote workforce
  • Expert-level experience in a variety of HR competency areas such as organizational design and development, leadership development, coaching, change management, performance management, and employee relations
  • Track record of developing effective people strategies that align with and support company/team objectives
  • Be able to solve complex problems; resourceful and take initiative to seek internal and external resources when problem-solving
  • Excited to work in a fluid startup environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a desire to work in a collaborative environment
