Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their residential building needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners.
• Prepare and present quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and timely follow-up.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in product ordering to meet customer demands.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess project needs and offer tailored solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential sales, preferably in the lumber or construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
