About the Role:As a Mathnasium Instructor, you will inspire and empower students to develop a love for math in a supportive and engaging environment. Join our dedicated team in Monument, CO, and help students achieve their academic goals through personalized learning and expert guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group instruction to students in math concepts and problem-solving.
• Assess students’ understanding and tailor instructional methods to meet individual needs.
• Create a positive and motivating learning environment that fosters student engagement.
• Utilize Mathnasium's unique teaching methods and materials to enhance student learning.
• Monitor and document student progress and adapt instructional strategies accordingly.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
