We hope so.<br/>  </h3> <p> </p> <p>What’s in it for you?<br/> Green Propulsion and Thermal management are increasingly important areas for Volvo Cars to become leading in Electrification. ART Thermal management have a key role in energy efficient propulsion by optimizing control towards customer functions and balancing attributes. The systems are getting more advanced and complex including different temperature levels, cooling down, heating up, heat pump, transfer/transport and store heat for electric motors, battery, control modules etc. All this needs to be designed with sustainability in focus.</p> <p> </p> <p>ART Thermal management is a part of Propulsion &amp; Energy. The ART is responsible for design and verification of HW and SW on function, System and components level. Our group, Thermal SW, have complete ownership of SW development in functional design, controls, diagnostics and calibration. We are 14 persons with high ambitions, different ages, background and experience. We are characterized as an open and friendly group where everyone shares their knowledge with each other.</p> <p> </p> <p>What you’ll do<br/> ART Thermal Management is in transformation to a SW driven organisation. As Senior SW developer you will have a key position in this transformation. Work is done in close cooperation with other ART’s, Attributes and Aspects. Within the ART you will work in close cooperation with our System architects, SW &amp; Function developers, Component responsible, CAE and verification. </p> <p> </p> <p>Do you fit the profile?<br/> You are eager to join a mechatronic ART and start in a software development group. <br/> To fit our diverse team, you need to be a team player that believes in inclusiveness. As a person you are structured, supportive and contribute with personal energy. </p> <p><br/> •    University degree on BSc or MSc within mechatronic, electrical or electronics, at least 6-10 years working experience within software development<br/> •    You embrace the challenge in making ART Thermal Management into a SW driven organisation <br/> •    Understanding of Continous integration and tools such as GIT and Gerrit<br/> •    Curious, structured, good analytical skills and a great technical interest <br/> •    Experience from SW development and System design within automotive development is meritorious <br/> •    Simulink, Target link, Python, C/C++ experience is meritorious <br/> •    Fluent in English (written and spoken)<br/> •    Driving license (B) is needed</p> <p> </p> <p>Most of all, you share our values and can see everyone's potential.
