At Networx, when we think of customer service, we think about building an A-1 Customer Experience! We are adding a Customer Experience Advocate to focus on developing long-term relationships and providing superior customer service to our contractors. As an advocate, you will aim to delight our customers and advocate for their needs and Networx services. You will serve as the bridge between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure our solutions' timely and successful delivery according to customer needs. Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer communications to full resolution
- Communicate clearly and concisely adapting style to suit customers by problem-solving, excellent phone skills, and resolving conflict
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers by establishing trust with customers
- Listening and understanding customer's from their feedback to gain knowledge and insights that can be shared in order to constantly improve our platform in a way that clearly reflects our customers’ feedback
- Escalating and following up on customer cases when needed
- Exercise and promote teamwork, supporting the objectives and policies of the Experience Service Team
You’ll Have
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening
- Customer-oriented and able to build long-term relationships with customers
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new skills
- Excellent time management skills
- You must live in the Atlanta, GA, metropolitan area to participate in office activities as necessary
*Networx has a flexible approach to in-office work; for those living in the Atlanta, GA, Metropolitan area. This position is considered Hybrid with infrequent required and nonrequired days in the office for collaboration.
