Our Cyber Analytics practice is seeking Business Analysts to gather customer requirements, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and provide help desk support to ensure mission success.
Responsibilities: The Business Analysts will provide technical support for all customer products and coordinate necessary training.You will also conduct testing to ensure proper implementation/configuration of products. Coordination with senior management, product owners, other contractors, and vendors is necessary to ensure positive working relationships and mission success.

Qualifications, Education, and Certifications

• 2+ years of experience creating/reviewing technical processes, interfacing with stakeholders, and providing remote technical support.
• Experience with Active Directory administration.
• Technical support and/or Scrum Master certification is preferred.

Clearance Requirement:  Active TS clearance is required.
