The salary range for this role, based in Texas​ is $53,000.00 to $66,300.00, range will vary if outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

TX Whiskey Ranch & Pernod Ricard are seeking dedicated result-driven candidates for the position of Assistant Retail Manager. Our ideal candidate is a team player and passionate TX brand ambassador with retail/hospitality experience. This candidate will support daily retail processes and operations and create a well-loved brand centric store through exceptional service. This person will report directly to the company’s Retail Manager and will play a key role in the company’s growth and success.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer care, timely communication, and product knowledge
• Maintain daily sales floor coverage and supervision to make sure all external and internal customer needs are met
• Responsible for daily bottle inventory management and monthly reporting per TABC guidelines
• Work closely with Guest Service Coordinator to effectively manage all custom orders and projects, including engraving of custom bottles ordered online
• Responsible for processing daily ecommerce orders (shipping & in store pickup), aid in routine ecommerce site maintenance and updating the online store
• Assist in the recruitment, hiring, scheduling, and development of part-time staff
• Contribute to the achievement of retail sales goals
• Work all internal & external events at the Ranch as needed – including evenings, weekends, holidays and assist with tour bookings, guest check-in & lead-close shifts
• Help with inventory management, daily floor product replenishment, merchandising, signage, and monitor stock levels
• Maximize sales through creative visual merchandising, selling strategies, signage and display
• Increase customer engagement by utilizing in store and online CRM tools
• Work with all departments to process and track product allotment requests & transfers
• Support Retail Manager with sales tracking, data analysis, and monthly reporting
• Set the example as a TX brand ambassador to all guests, clients, and customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of retail experience
• High level of customer service experience
• Effective in problem solving, adaptable, proactive, and flexible
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
