<p>Senior Risk Data Journey Expert</p><p>Credit Infrastructure</p><p>50% work from home</p><p>Hiring Manager: Preetesh Shetty</p><p>One of your future colleagues: Buket Fulser</p><p></p><p><b><span>A day in the life of a Credit Risk Data Journey Expert</span></b></p><p></p><p>As a <b>Credit Risk Data Journey Expert</b>, you will contribute to the functionality of Credit Engines and support the implementation of regulatory projects in the Data Lake.</p><p>Your activities will include:</p><ul><li>Lead functional activities within the team, ensuring all risk engines are compliant with the latest policy updates.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison with internal and external auditors, facilitating clear communication and ensuring risk compliance across all engines.</li><li>Serve as the functional point of contact for Data Lake implementation related to Vortex reporting and ECB loan tapes. </li><li>Develop a deep understanding of the Credit Risk Data Landscape, including credit risk models (PD, EAD, LGD) and engines (DOD, EWS, DSTI, DTAI, LTV, etc.)</li><li>Contribute to the implementation of target tooling and data architecture by designing seamless data flows and efficient tools for the Risk family and Business tribes.</li></ul><p><b><span>How to succeed</span></b></p><p><span>We hire smart people like you for your potential. These engines compute key parameters—ranging from rule-based indicators such as <b>definition of default</b> and <b>early warning signals</b>, to model-driven metrics like <b>Probability of Default (PD)</b> and <b>Loss Given Default (LGD)</b>.</p><p>These parameters have a direct impact on <b>capital calculation</b>, <b>Risk Weighted Assets (RWA)</b>, and <b>Loan Loss Provisions (LLP)</b>, making regulatory compliance a critical aspect of the team’s work. The team also maintains the <b>data mart</b> used for developing new models and acts as a vital link between <b>Credit Risk business</b> and <b>Operational tribes</b> such as Data Management.
