Job Title: Locum Tenens - Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician

Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of April 2025. Requirements
- MD/DO Degree
- Board Eligible
- Licensed in All States
- BLS Certification Required
- Fellowship Status Preferred
- Required to Supervise Advance Practice Providers
- Cerner Preferred
