Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or graduate degree.
- Experience managing and delivering project components with limited guidance.
- Ability to identify and solve problems within a given project scope.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to distill insights from data and present recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Support leadership on service transformations, organizational initiatives, and help chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with the leadership’s strategic ideas.
- Define, launch, and drive strategic and analytical initiatives to improve customer experience, internal and external facing processes, and operations, and work with cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Problem solve with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in annual business planning, headcount management, key organizational metrics, and other operationally strategic projects.
- Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems and process frameworks; develop scalable solutions and work to manage risks across the organization and develop best practices that are a benefit across the organization.
