What We Need:The AI Product Engineer will lead the design, development, and optimization of language model-based agents to drive innovative solutions. This role focuses on engineering and deploying AI-powered agents that leverage large language models to support interactive, conversational, and decision-making capabilities. The position requires expertise in LLMs, natural language processing, prompt engineering, and a solid understanding of production-grade AI system development. 

What You'll Do

• Develop and fine-tune large language model-based agents to enhance product functionality, user engagement, and operational efficiency. 
• Build, test, and deploy scalable LLM agent architectures optimized for real-time interactions and task-based workflows. 
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to design AI agents aligned with customer needs and product goals. 
• Research, experiment, and implement techniques for model optimization, including prompt engineering, reinforcement learning, and performance tuning. 
• Integrate agents into production environments with robust monitoring, maintenance, and feedback loops for continuous improvement. 
• Stay updated on advancements in generative AI and NLP to incorporate relevant innovations into product development. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, NLP, or a related field. 
• Strong experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5), NLP frameworks (Transformers, spaCy, Hugging Face), and prompt engineering techniques. 
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus. 
• Practical experience deploying and scaling language model agents, ideally in a production environment. 
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
