ABOUT US:
Originally built for the 1962 World's Fair, The Edgewater Hotel has marked its place in history as the host to many famous names in the music scene from The Beatles to Blondie. Embraced by Elliott Bay, The Edgewater stands watch over the Olympic Mountains and Seattle skyline. Practically floating on water, the hotel boasts an authentic Pacific Northwest experience including aluminum exteriors, natural wood interiors and river-rock fireplaces. This classic landmark is defined through its culture and distinctive atmosphere.
SALARY: $24/HOUR
SHIFTS: MUST HAVE FULL AND OPEN AVAILABILITY; WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS A MUST

* Conduct smooth check-in/check-out & ensure billing accuracy
* Resolve guest concerns & complaints promptly
* Supervise & motivate the front desk team
* Foster a positive & welcoming guest experience

Requirements
* 2+ years hotel experience (front desk preferred)
* Strong leadership & communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving & decision-making abilities
* Proficient in hotel software & systems
