MarCom Technology & Data Team:The MarCom Technology & Data Team is a Center of Excellence within Integrated Marketing who is responsible for activating, enabling and optimizing the digital marketing and advertising strategy for the enterprise leveraging marketing platforms and data.
The Technical Program Manager will play a critical role in leading cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with Integrated Marketing channel stakeholders, MarTech and development teams to manage digital marketing programs and design solutions to meet business needs. You will coordinate and help gather and analyze business requirements and translate requests into deliverables. You will collaborate with development and production to implement the best solutions with the most efficient use of resources and technologies that drive the best business outcomes.
A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be between $50,000 to $180,000, which would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location. The position of each employee within a compensation range at Nielsen is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications and other business requirements/needs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead programs to execute on one or more channel stakeholders' vision through cross-functional alignment on program scope, release timeline, business goals, and prioritization.
- Lead steering committee meetings with key stakeholders to help make key decisions, remove obstacles and address key program issues.
- Provide visibility into program status, monitor progress, and identify dependencies, roadblocks and risk. Provide ongoing communication and establish an agreed upon engagement model with key partners.
- Create a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation and learning.
- Build effective and transparent communication channels to align and partner with stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Enable, optimize and manage the intake process and allocate requests to the proper queues for the Tech & Data Team.
- Be the key driver to ensure business goals are met through the design and implementation of each digital marketing program.
- Partner with key stakeholders, gathering their business needs and translating requests into detailed requirements with a clear timeline.
- Coordinate with Development Team and WordPress VIP lead on solution design and approach to meet business needs
Requirements:
- BS in Technical field preferred
- 5+ years program management experience driving complex, cross functional projects
- Experience with project management tools including Trello, Smartsheets, Jira and Confluence
- Familiar with Marketing technologies including WordPress VIP, Google Marketing Platform Suite, and Salesforce
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and able to envision the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem solving abilities to prioritize and manage key business challenges
- Exceptional customer relationship and account management skills including the ability to uncover and discover requirements underlying feature requests and recommend alternative technical and business approaches
