Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)

• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)

• Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

• Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance

• Sign-on bonus available for select locations

Clinic Details
Our West DFW clinics provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care across a variety of patient populations. Services include:

• Orthopedic and sports physical therapy

• Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation

• Pre- and post-operative care

• Spine rehabilitation and chronic condition management

• Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs

• Vestibular therapy and specialty services (clinic-specific)

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs

• Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and long-term outcomes

• Document patient care thoroughly in EMR systems

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent outcomes

• Participate in mentorship, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

• Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
