Salary & Incentives
Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance
Sign-on bonus available for select locations

Clinic Details
Our West DFW clinics provide evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care across a variety of patient populations. Services include:
Orthopedic and sports physical therapy
Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
Pre- and post-operative care
Spine rehabilitation and chronic condition management
Return-to-sport and return-to-work programs
Vestibular therapy and specialty services (clinic-specific)

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs
Educate patients and families on recovery, prevention, and long-term outcomes
Document patient care thoroughly in EMR systems
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent outcomes
Participate in mentorship, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
