We employ our medical doctors and provide them a 21st century work environment that enables them to deliver the best care.</p> <p><strong>Your first mission:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Join our Medical Service Director to deep dive into how we manage staffing today</li> <li>Help  to review our current support workflows, tools, SLAs, and communication flows</li> <li>Help to develop and implement improvements to efficiency, reporting, and automation, making use of AI where applicable</li> <li>Align with relevant teams to ensure changes are sustainable and scalable</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>After that:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You’ll rotate through key operational focus areas across the company — supporting growth, launching new services, solving bottlenecks</li> <li>Get insides in cross-functional projects with product, medical care, tech, and marketing teams</li> <li>Build dashboards, automate processes, and recommend better tools or systems</li> <li>Help us scale with excellence, not chaos</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who You Are: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor Degree in business administration, economics, information science, Health Administration, or STEM or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li> <li>Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and independent working style</li> <li>First work experience in a startup, consulting, investment banking, comparable fast-paced working environments or in the healthcare industry</li> <li>Credible appearance and convincing personality towards all kinds of internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Tactful, mature communication, strong collaboration and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Full working proficiency in German and English</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p> <p><strong>Perks & Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Gym: </strong>Membership in premium gyms throughout Germany</li> <li><strong>Education Budget:</strong> €1.000/year that you can spend for your professional growth and developme
