What you will do -
As the Field Scheduler, you will be instrumental in ensuring Stryker’s clients have the medical devices needed to make healthcare better. You will also be responsible for the smooth running of a logistics operation, managing inventory by supporting the Sales Department.
- Responsible for last inspection of products to ensure accuracy and to meet the needs of our customers
- Build relationships with Sales Reps and Sales Managers to track and manage inventory levels at client sites
- Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors
- Ensure on-time, complete, and accurate delivery of products to Stryker’s customers
- Achieve operational excellence via team-based and product-focused orientation, capacity planning, continuous improvement, safety awareness, and cost reduction to be implemented, so timely, accurate deliveries are produced
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (Distribution, Field Operations, Sales Reps and Sales Managers) by collaborating in optimizing the supply chain
- Work to achieve an environment that is free of safety hazards and improper ergonomic conditions while driving employee commitment to use safe work practices every day
- Accountable for all record-keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications
What you need -
- 5+ years of relevant/professional experience - required
- Experience in logistics, inventory, delivery, and customer service - preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent - required
- Bachelor’s degree -preferred
- Valid Driver’s license with no restrictions - required
- Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed - required
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs. - required
