Job Summary

Perform a variety of manual/administrative tasks associated with receiving operations, shipping, inventory control, & stockroom, in accordance with established procedures.
What You Will Do:
- Unbox incoming returned units per proper receiving protocol.
- Review shipping and Purchase Order documentation for proper material handling.
- Data verification and entry of incoming units into operating system, SAP.
- Responsible for proper storage of material and retention of purchase order paperwork.
- Handle urgent need requests from internal and external customers.
- Report, update, transact and provide information that facilitates the general repair process.
- Maintain short lead times and handle special requests.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Multitask while remaining flexible to changing requirements and deadlines.
- Utilize written and verbal communication skills.
- Work and interact with various levels within the organization.
- Handle any additional tasks as requested.
What You Will Learn:
- Receiving and Inspection: Reviewing shipping and purchase order documentation to ensure proper material handling.
- Data Management: Verifying and entering data of incoming units into the operating system (e.g., SAP).
- Work Ethic: Working independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication Skills: Utilizing both written and verbal communication skills effectively.
- Adaptability and Additional Tasks: Handling any additional tasks as requested, demonstrating adaptability.
Qualifications You Must Have
- High school diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience using an ERP desired. SAP experience is preferred.
- Current training in appropriate shipping regulations, hazardous/dangerous goods packaging and shipping, government, international, ocean air, parcel and LTL truck shipments. Maintain as required.
- Skills in label making, proper label application, paperwork preparation, and shipment packing.
- Prior experience with government packaging
- Customer portal experience
- The ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office, shipping carrier manifest software, and labeling.
- Intermediate computer skills in terms of typing, navigating screens and learning new software programs.
