Our focus is to develop a diverse and inclusive workforce with the skills and competencies needed to deliver on the company’s ambitious growth agenda. Our deliverables include global learning &amp; development initiatives, Statkraft’s processes for individual goal setting and employee development, and diversity &amp; inclusion. The People Development team seeks those who have a deep passion for enabling employees to grow and contribute as their full self at work.</p><p>In the role as Senior Advisor People Development you will be a valued member of the team. You will work to ensure Statkraft’s Goal &amp; Development process helps leaders and employees to nurture continuous skills development and high performing teams across the organization. You will further engage closely with management teams to help identification and development of individuals ready for new and more complex roles.
