Onsite Contract Massage Therapist (Part-time)

Job Description

• AISIN USA Mfg., Inc. is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist 
• Part-Time (12 hours a week)
• We are seeking talented individuals to join our team and provide healing and relaxation through power of massage services.  Our focus is on reducing musculoskeletal issues, decreasing stress and anxiety, boost morale and productivity.
• Onsite services:
  • Therapists will come to the workplace 3 days a week 
  • Flexible scheduling of appointments
  • Targeted treatments: Focus on specific problem areas (shoulders, neck, back, hands)
  • Maintain detailed client records including: treatment notes, progress, and recommendations.
  • Specific job station evaluations

Qualifications

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist
• Valid Malpractice Insurance
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and the benefits of various massage techniques
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple massage modalities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with team members
• Empathy, compassion and a client-centered approach to care
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries
