In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Cyber Security GRC Manager to join our Cyber Security Tech team in Athens.
Develop comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, operating models and governance frameworks, across a range of clients in critical industries
Assist clients in designing and implementing cybersecurity and data protection controls, aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Develop tailor-made cybersecurity risk management frameworks and conducting cybersecurity risk assessments
Assist clients in the management of third-party cyber risks
Design information security and data privacy awareness programmes and building cyber awareness
Perform compliance and maturity assessments based on cybersecurity and data regulations, directives, and standards (e.g., NIS2, DORA, GDPR, NIST, ISO27001, etc.)
Mentor and coach team members to evolve into cybersecurity and data privacy experts
Contribute to the development of new methodologies and client services
What you bring matters
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Master's degree in information security or relevant international certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA)
Over of six (6) years of proven relevant work experience in cybersecurity
In-depth knowledge of information security and data privacy principles, control frameworks, methodologies, industry best practices, and legal and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, NIS2, DORA, NIST, ISF, ISO 27001, COBIT, etc.
Ability to contribute to the development of new methodologies tailored to client needs and environments
Capability to monitor security industry developments and integrate them into our cybersecurity service portfolio
Responsibility for ensuring the technical integrity of PwC materials and deliverables presented to clients
Advanced project management skills
Strong ability in people development and guidance
Strong verbal and writing skills in English and in Greek
