✅ Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of shop experience doing DOT annual inspections or brakes, or tech school certification
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Must possess a toolbox and required tools
• Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screen
• A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units & APUs
• Brake replacements, suspension repairs & DOT/FHWA inspections
• Electrical system diagnostics & ABS brake system repairs
• Tire service: mount, dismount, flat repairs, balancing
• Trailer structural repairs, rear door replacements & washouts
• APU troubleshooting & road service calls
• Company vehicle service & shop cleanliness
• Operate forklifts, hoists, and other tools safely and efficiently
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
