Operations Analyst

As a Junior Operations Analyst, you'll be the operational backbone ensuring seamless client experiences across multiple accounts. • Conduct comprehensive data analysis and interpret charts to support client projects and decision-making
• Execute precise data entry tasks across multiple client accounts with exceptional attention to detail
• Manage operational tasks efficiently, following clear directions with minimal supervision required
• Represent the consulting practice in client-facing communications during weekly check-ins and status meetings
• Lead client meetings independently when the principal consultant is unavailable or traveling
• Coordinate with outsourced marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Support overall operational administration across the diverse client portfolio
• Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism in all client interactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis with strong ability to read, interpret, and present chart-based insights
• Exceptional data entry skills with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
• Background in operations, business relationships, customer success, or customer retention
• Outstanding communication skills for professional client-facing interactions
• Ability to follow complex directions accurately on the first attempt - precision is essential
• Availability to work Central Standard Time (CST) morning hours consistently
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, multi-client consulting environment
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional demeanor suitable for representing the practice to high-level clients including public companies
