We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer with knowledge of graph modeling, query and optimization techniques to develop enterprise grade graph experiences.

Responsibilities

​As a Principal Software Engineer, you will:​​

• Engineering – Responsible for design and implement end-to-end features to solve complex problems in data analysis. Hold high engineering bar on code/design quality through collaborating with other team members, write clean, performance and maintainable code. Creates and applies metrics to drive the quality and stability of code, as well as appropriate coding patterns and best practices.
• Drive - Have passion to turn vision into detailed plans and execute against complex plans. Coordinating with PMs, and UX design team in driving clarity of functional requirements and intuitive user experience. Lead design discussion with the team and share findings/learnings from investigation, hold ownership for design decisions.
• Planning and Deliver – Participate in sprint and semester planning, provide scope estimates. Communicate individual status on deliverables, risks in stand-ups and sprint reviews.  Accountable to deliver results based on business priority and team commitment.
• Collaborate – Partner with cross functional team members on design and implementation, manage dependencies, and provide clear communication on delivery and progress.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience in distributed data systems and query interfaces.
