Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and process client payroll data for accuracy before uploading it to software.
• Identify and resolve data issues before, during, and after uploads.
• Generate custom reports for stakeholders and perform quality checks.
• Input additional data from various sources.
• Create test datasets for new features.
• Collaborate with the technology team on multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office tools, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience handling clean and messy data.
• Effective time and task management across priorities.
• Ability to collaborate on projects with team members.
• Adaptability to expand technical support roles.
