As a Sr. Technical Recruiter Hardware, you will partner with our Hardware Engineering Leadership to build a team that is aligned with our mission and stage of growth. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, focusing on software, hardware, robotics, and AI/ML engineering roles.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiations
  • Identify and engage passive candidates by building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with Carbon Robotics' mission
  • Strategize on creative recruiting strategies
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:

  • 10+  years of technical recruiting experience, with focus on Hardware, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. 
  • Proven expertise working with complex technologies and products to include robotics, AI, machine learning, systems or embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with startups or fast-growing tech companies.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems , preferably Greenhouse (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong knowledge of technical hiring best practices, including diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive as part of a team within a dynamic, high-growth in the office environment 

Offered level will be determined based upon appropriate level from Technical Recruiter to Sr. Technical Recruiter and is a contract role with the intention of conversion to employee.

Carbon Robotics follows equitable hiring practices. Flexibility in our hiring process allows hiring of talent at levels different from what are posted.  The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for similar work.
