Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a determined Salesforce Developer who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.

The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and deploy custom solutions across our multi-cloud Salesforce environment. This role will work closely with business analysts and administrators to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong Apex and Lightning development skills and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and workflows
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and new features

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  
• Must be Multi-Cloud Certified
• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred)
• Experience with multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX and scratch orgs
• Knowledge of Agile development practices
