Job Duties
This position will support the mission of Physical Plant Services Department by providing utility trade knowledge and experience in the accomplishment of maintenance/repair/development of facility buildings and equipment. Assist other trades as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
• Ability to perform carpentry tasks after supervisor instructs the scope of work and
materials needed, with little supervision.
• Have knowledge of trade tools and proper safety procedures.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license required.
Additional Considerations
• Carpentry experience preferred.

These positions are hourly/wage and not eligible for benefits. Hourly (wage) employees may not work more than 29 hours a week and are limited to working 1500 hours in a year.
