Senior Microsoft Customer Insights Consultant Specialist

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid model – 1 to 2 days per week on-site in the metropolitan area)

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Customer Insights Consultant Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in a transformative energy sector project, focusing on turning complex data into valuable business insights.

Role Overview

This position involves configuring, customizing, and managing the Microsoft Customer Insights platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in advanced customer data analysis, segmentation, and data-driven business decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize features such as unified profiles, customer segmentation, and behavioral analysis.
• Analyze customer data using advanced analytics tools to forecast trends and identify opportunities.
• Conduct segmentation based on demographic, behavioral, and transactional criteria.
• Develop testing strategies and provide documentation to support implementation.
• Support the sales team during implementation projects in collaboration with the IT department.

Essential Technical Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar senior role.
• Strong knowledge of big data, data science, and machine learning.
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and Dataverse.
• Familiarity with Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and data integration.
• Training and certifications in Microsoft tools (Customer Insights, Power BI, Azure).

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
