Hourly Pay Range: $27.72 – $39.60 (based on experience)

• 5+ years: $33.00/hr

• 10+ years: $36.30/hr

• 15+ years: $39.60/hr

Role Overview

Join our fast-paced Emergency Room team where your clinical skills and compassion will make a daily impact. As an ER Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in providing emergency care to patients across all age groups, working closely with a collaborative and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, patient-centered emergency care

• Triage and assess patients, from minor injuries to life-threatening conditions

• Develop and implement individualized care plans

• Communicate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience required

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or RN Diploma required

• Licensure: Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact license (or eligible to obtain prior to start)

• Certifications:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required before start

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Required within 90 days of hire

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – Required within 90 days of hire

  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – Required within 90 days of hire
