Nestlé Professional Solutions is hiring a Senior Specialist, Field Sales Service in the Northeast (New York City Metro Area, including all five boroughs, Westchester, Putnam and Orange County and other areas as assigned) to partner with Customer Account Leads, Distributors, and Service Teams, to onboard new business and grow with our existing customers. This field based role is responsible for all facets of customer onboarding and continued customer service including equipment installation, training, compliance, and service coordination in their geographical territory.

 

The Senior Specialist will contribute to organizational goals by ensuring flawless execution, product stocking and compliance, and high levels of customer satisfaction across a multi-state territory and be responsible for:

 

Responsibilities:

• Equipment installation support at all new and existing accounts within assigned territory
• New account training & refresh training, utilizing technology where possible to maximize coverage and efficiency
• Ensuring Product Compliance with Nestle Out-of-Home owned dispensers.
• Collaboration with account contacts (General Managers, Foodservice Directors, Site Directors, etc.) to ensure onboarding is successful and to identify incremental and cross-selling opportunities.
• Optimized brand merchandising at the point of consumption.
• Communicating service needs with Service Supervisors & Technicians
• Partner closely with equipment deployment and service team to ensure account readiness in terms of equipment and product deliveries

 

Qualifications:

• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Email, PPT, Word) & CRM skills
• Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel extensively
• Ability to work independently without supervision, and as part of a team
• Ability to deliver customer satisfaction, which results in referrals, references, and repeat business
• Ability to analyze problems and provide business solutions
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and sales Leads in order to achieve team goals

The approximate pay range for this position is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
