SALARY RANGE

$34,760.00 - $36,248.00 Annually                       $1,336.92 - $1,394.15 Bi-weekly

Position Summary

This is a highly responsible administrative support position in the Consumer Directed Care Plus (CDC+) Unit which requires significant attention to detail. This position will assist in providing technical assistance and support to consumers, representatives, consultants, APD state office and regional staff and others regarding the CDC+ program related issues. Employees are responsible for and will safely retain all CDC+ consumer PHI information according to Agency guidelines.

 

The Work You Will Do 

Provides direct, individualized technical assistance to program participants and their support systems to resolve individual issues.

 

Prints, logs-in and saves in the corresponding electronic file all in-coming documents received via the CDC+ documents in-box and drop box on a daily basis.

 

Answers the phone and maintains a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor at all times. Assists with coverage of the customer service line, as a back-up, when needed, providing research and problem resolution and notification of customers when problems are corrected. Logs all incoming and outgoing calls with their outcome in the unit’s customer service database.
