In this position you will assist in the supervision of activities to assure optimum productivity and compliance. We are looking for a competent field supervisor to coordinate operations and oversee workers at jobsites. As the point of reference of both workers and supervisors, you will be a key person for the completion of a project.</p> <p>The successful candidate will have a solid background in erecting, modifying structural steel in an industrial construction setting. Your leadership skills and your experience have earned you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions.
