Seasonal E-Commerce Product Fulfillment

REEDS Jewelers is currently seeking driven and enthusiastic individuals to join our E-Commerce department at our Corporate Office in Wilmington NC. We are seeking Seasonal Fulfillment Associates to pick and pack orders received via REEDS.com through the busy holiday season.

Basic Duties

• Processing internet orders including, but not limited to; product identification, keying sales, packaging and shipping.
• Assisting in the checking in of merchandise: inspecting, tagging and filing.
• Assisting in the processing of exchanges and returns.
• Assisting in the facilitation of customer orders through other REEDS Jewelers stores and Pandora Boutiques.
• Helping to maintain a clean and safe working environment

This position is located onsite at our corporate headquarters in the beautiful coastal city of Wilmington, NC. Scheduled hours are flexible. We can accommodate and welcome weekend shifts and other odd hours. Let us know what works best for you!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Recommended one year jewelry, retail and/or production experience
• Computer Proficient; Microsoft Office and comfortable working within Excel
• Goal oriented, results driven and self-motivated
• Able to multi-task, prioritize tasks within a fast paced work environment and work as a team
• GIA AJP Certification required or completion required within six months of being placed in the position
