Role based in South of France: Ideally Rhône-Alpes / PACA

In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) to grow our retail network and increase transactions across your region. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our footprint, and ensuring our agents deliver exceptional service. 

Role Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage a team of 4–5 TSEs, providing coaching, motivation, and performance oversight. 

  • Drive revenue growth and ramp-up for existing accounts, setting clear targets and KPIs. 

  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas across the territory by increasing same-store sales through agent incentives, FX monitoring, and competitive intelligence. 

  • Accelerate new location ramp-up to ensure full revenue potential. 

  • Conduct regular visits to high-performing locations and address issues within the network. 

  • Manage the agent lifecycle for all independent agents in your territory, ensuring productivity and compliance. 

Role Requirements 

What you will need to succeed: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 

  • Strong resilience, agility, and empathy. 

  • Ability to energize and support a remote sales team. 

  • Previous experience in outside sales or consumer product services. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and listening skills. 

  • Ability to build trust and confidence with clients. 

  • Fluent in French and proficient in English. 

  • Valid driver’s license.
