Description
Seeking a Property Manager for Lincoln Park Apartments (North Houston)
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude with a relentless drive to get the job done despite any obstacles.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plan to ensure property achieves Pre-Lease and occupancy goals.
- Manage property operating budget.
- Responsible for creating weekly and monthly owners reporting.
- Build and coach a great team, and communicate with important stakeholders like residents, guarantors, clients, and teammates at the home office. Responsible to conduct annual employee evaluations and administer property level onboarding.
- Ensure the team at your property is well trained and supported in executing the functions of their job, understand the policies and procedures and are knowledgeable in the goals of the property.
- Manage rent collections and reconciliation as well as ensure accounts payable is processed timely.
- Ensuring quarterly health and safety walks are conducted and that the preventative maintenance plan is followed. Responsible for successful execution of property’s annual turn as well as working in conjunction with corporate team and client on execution of any planned capital projects.
- Plan and execute the property’s annual turnover process.
- Ensure property operations are in conjunction with Tarantino’s Policies and Procedures.
- Meet required deadlines and ensure team meets required deadlines.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Section 8/Tax Credit Property Management experience.
