About the role

<p>The Engineering Project Manager is an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who leads cross-functional capital projects that support furthering the automation of the production process, maintaining and improving facilities, and enabling additional product lines. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, supply chain, and vendors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Detailed Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Manage multiple engineering capital projects simultaneously from conception to completion, including defining project scope, schedules, and budgets, identifying resources, managing project risks, and ensuring deliverables meet business goals.</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and technical requirements, identify project risks and dependencies, and develop project plans that align with business objectives and technical requirements.</li> <li>Provide project status updates and manage stakeholder expectations by communicating project progress, milestones, and risks.</li> <li>Provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies and processes that improve production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.</li> <li>Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.</li> <li>Manage project budgets and ensure costs are managed within budget.</li> <li>Manage project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and project reports.</li> <li>Drive strong communication between corporate and fulfillment centers to gain buy-in and alignment on initiatives.</li> <li>Demonstrates a willingness to work flexible hours and travel frequently to fulfillment centers to provide regular on-site support, guidance, and drive accountability, while also developing strong relationships with site teams and local stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p>This position requires up to 50% travel.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability needed for this role.
