Supporting the merchandising function to deliver the “best of Boden” ranges with our wholesale partners To manage the smooth buying and dispatching of stock to the Partners and to drive performance through insight.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Being the direct merchandising contact for wholesale partners
• Analysing and presenting in weekly Trade, monthly and seasonal Lessons Learnt
• Understanding key drivers to potentialize opportunities and reduce risk.
• PO management, checking deliveries and ensuring orders have been placed correctly
• Dispatch management, ensuring ship windows are achieved and ranges launch on time
• Communicating changes to the ranges with Partners
• Chair regular meetings with the Partners
• Ensure all documents and trackers are up to date and accurate

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience as an Assistant Merchandiser
• Experience in proactively managing workload, prioritising, and delegating
• Advanced excel skills
• Highly analytical with attention to detail
• Experience of working in a busy environment
• Experience of working cross functionally
