What We Want

The Senior Athletic Assistant, under general supervisions, is responsible for providing support to the Head Football Coach or Assistant Football Coaches as assigned.

Salary: Commensurate based on selected candidates experience.

Travel required with assigned sport.

Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekend and holidays) as required to complete assigned duties.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Three years of experience in athletic administration, football recruiting, football operation and/or football coaching experience at high school or colligate level.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven knowledge of NCAA rules.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.

  • Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to plan and organize effectively.

  • Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.

Responsibilities

FOOTBALL VIDEO:

Organizes and distributes all video. Performs all other necessary duties involving the handling of football video.

VIDEO ANALYSIS:

Performs computer break down and analysis of football video for assigned football student-athletes, as well as the assigned position of opponents.
